possessing $400 million in unexplained wealth, and reclaiming the amount

May 1: Pres. Arroyo declares a “state of rebellion” and orders the
arrest of 2 senators and several military officials loyal to former
Pres. Estrada. Forty thousand (40,000) protesters march in Malacañang

impeachment for corruption and constitutional violations
