ALUMNAE REGISTRATION

Registration fee is PhP300.00 for alumnae/alumni and guests currently residing in the Philippines and US$6.00 for those based overseas.  Early Bird registration fee is PhP250.00.

So we may plan better for food/seating space, please indicate the number of guests who will join you in this Grand Centennial Celebration. 

Registration packet may be picked up at the Registration Table only on December 3, 2006.  Registration Packet will include the following:

                        Name tags (form of ID)
                        Entrance ticket
                        Meal & Drink stubs

            *Note:  No ID, No Entry

Deadline for Early Bird Registration:  October 27, 2006.  Forms sent by mail should reach us by said date.

Ways to Register:

 1.   MAIL –

      Complete the form and mail to:

2.   FAX –

      Complete the form and fax to:

3.   ONLINE –

Instructions:

For those currently residing in the Philippines: 

1.   Make your registration fee payment via bank deposit to Metrobank account:

2.     Fill up form below and press “Submit”.

3.    Send proof of bank deposit either as an email attachment to alumnae_office@ssc.edu.ph or fax to Noemi Laca (632) 524-1559

4.   Once bank deposit has been verified, registrant will be notified via email with a confirmation letter which will serve as receipt and claim stub for the registration packet. 

          For those based overseas:

 1.   Mail your registration fee payment to the overseas based St. Scholastica's Alumnae Association you are affiliated with.  They will in turn remit your payment to the SSAFI account in Manila.

2.   Once remittance has been verified, registrant will be notified via email with a confirmation letter which will serve as receipt and claim stub for the registration packet.
