Admissions Office

Admission is based on requirements presented, results of examination given by SSC and personal interview with the principal or one designated by her.

The school reserves the right to make the final decision in all cases after thorough study and deliberation.

Admission Procedure and Requirements

1.      Present copy of the current report card.

2.      Pay application and testing fee of PhP400.00. The fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

3.      Secure application and two (2) recommendation forms and guidelines for admission from the Admissions Office.

4.      Submit the following requirements:

a.      accomplished application form with 1x1 ID picture

b.      duly certified photocopy of birth certificate (NSO) and baptismal certificate

c.       latest photocopy of the report card (applicants with failing mark/s or grade below 78 in one academic subject will not be entertained for application and testing)

d.      letters of recommendation from the Principal, teacher, and guidance counselor (use SSC forms), enclosed in sealed envelopes with signature across the flap)

• Recommendation Form 2a for First Year High School Applicants

• Recommendation Form 2b for Second and Third Year High School Applicants

• Recommendation Form 2c for First - Third Year High School Applicants

• Recommendation Form 2d for First - Third Year High School Applicants

e.      certification from your Principal/Registrar on your school's grading system

f.       Student Health Record Form (use SSC form)  

Note: Once the Admissions and Grants Office accepts these requirements, these will no longer be returned to the applicant.  

5.      Secure exam permit.

6.      Take the entrance exam.

Admissions Schedule for SY 2009 - 2010

Beginning October until May.

If qualified, secure schedule of interview from the Admissions Office.  Come for the interview on the scheduled date given.  If waitlisted, call Admissions and Grants Office to inquire about your status on the specified date given.
