Requirements
Age :
4-5 years old by June
Must be toilet trained
Has established a certain degree of independence
from parents/yaya
Must have one year pre-schooling
Admission Procedure and Requirements
1. Present NSO certified birth certificate
2. Pay application and testing fee (Php400.00).
3.
Accomplish and submit application form and the requirements listed below to
the Admissions Office
a. Duly certified photocopy of Birth Certificate (NSO) and Baptismal
Certificate
b. Certificate of Enrollment and/or report card from present school
c. Letter of Recommendation (use
SSC form)
d. Student Health Record Form (use
SSC form)
4. Come for interview with Grade School Principal on specified date given by Admissions Office.
Important Conditions
1. Admission will be on a FIRST-COME-FIRST-SERVED BASIS. A minimum of 30 (1 section) to a maximum of 60 (2 sections) students will be admitted.
2. "Promotion" of Junior Prep to Grade 1 the following school year may be possible if the student passes the entrance test to Grade 1.
3. Junior Prep students who cannot cope with the Senior Prep curriculum may be advised to take summer classes to complete the requirements needed for promotion to Senior Prep.
