1.    Incoming mails for students are handled by the Information Office.  Notice is given to the addressees via posted announcements on the board along the Registrar and Grant's Office.   The Information Office also accepts mail for students.

2.      For student's convenience, pay telephone booths are located at strategic places in the campus.  No student is called to the telephone at any office except in cases of emergency, in which case, the student is informed through SAO.  Only calls pertaining to student activities are allowed at SAO.
