Cross-enrollment may be granted under the following conditions: 1. The course description of the subject taken in the host school is similar to that of SSC; 2. The student does not cross-enroll in more than one school per term; 3. The student is willing to take full responsibility of making full payment of SSC’s tuition in the host school; and 4. The student is willing to observe and follow host school’s rules and regulations. The Office of the Registrar takes full responsibility on the smooth flow of cross-registration of students following the approved procedures and agreement between and among consortium member schools of CWC or Consortium of Women’s Colleges and SMIC or South Manila Inter-Institutional Consortium. CWC and SMIC maintain their respective guidelines and procedures where special services, e.g. cross-enrollment or shared-degree program, are concerned. The latter is a special arrangement only among SMIC member schools where a student who intends to take a major course not offered by her/his home school is allowed to take the professional and major subjects in an SMIC school. The office maintains and updates cross-enrollment/shared-degree files and reports including official grading sheets which are under the care of a staff assigned as cross-enrollment coordinator.
