1.     Convocation is FREE OF CHARGE.

2.     Students are required to attend five (5) convocations per semester.

3.  CONVO CARDS are obtained from the Student Affairs Office.  At the end of the semester, the card is presented to the SAO for clearance purposes. 

4.  ADMI CONVO are those convocations sponsored by the Administration.  They are officially announced by the Student Affairs Office in the SAO Board and other bulletin boards.

     Examples of ADMI CONVO are:

●  Orientation and Re-orientation Programs

●  Opening Mass for the School Year

●  Community Day Celebration

●  Opening and Closing Rites of Intramurals

●  Advent Launching

●  Tapatan (Dialogue between Students, Faculty and Administration Officials)

●  "Miting de Avance" for Student Council Election

●  Christmas Program/Peace Camp

●  Blue and White Affair

●  Institutional Mass/Morning Prayer

      STUDENTS ARE AUTOMATICALLY EXCUSED FROM CLASSES TO ATTEND ADMI-SPONSORED CONVOCATIONS.
