In meritorious cases, a student may petition not to enroll for a specific semester(s) by filing a Leave of Absence approved by the Dean / School Registrar subject to the following school policies:

1.       A student who is officially under LOA is not allowed to enroll for any other degree program in any school or HEI for College.

2.       A student may be granted a maximum of only two (2) LOAs in College.

3.       Filing of LOA shall be done only during prescribed period set by the Registrar’s Office, generally at least two (2) weeks before registration period.

Re-admission

A student who is intending to return is classified as a returnee . S/He is  subject to re-admission policies and procedures of the school. Re-admission in College becomes final upon  approval by the dean/institute director and provided that application form is received by the Registrar before the start of regular classes .

Shifting of Courses

For purposes of evaluation, application to shift courses is filed at least two weeks before enrollment. Shifting is allowed only once. Application to shift course which is filed at the Office of the Registrar is valid only upon approval by the dean/director.
