Shifting 

Shifting from one program to another is allowed only ONCE.  The CQPA shall not be adjusted to cases where some subjects are no longer needed by the major the student has shifted to. 

Application to shift course requires the following: 

  • n Permission/Approval from both Department Chairs and Academic Deans

  • n Submission to Registrar’s Office of approved application to shift at least one month
         before the end of the semester, except for those who are delisted from a program;
         their application must be filed and submitted immediately before registration for the
         next semester.
