FACILITIES

There are four (4) Audio-Visual Viewing Rooms available for classroom instruction.

Viewing Room A (B206) which can accommodate 50 users

Viewing Room B (B204) which can accommodate 50 users

Viewing Room C (M203) which can accommodate 50 users

Sr. Baptista Battig (M304) which can accommodate 61 users

4 Each viewing room is equipped with fixed sound system,
microphones, DVD/VHS player, screen, overhead projector and
multi-media projector for computer and video showing.

4 Reservations for the use of the viewing rooms should be done at
least a day prior to the scheduled use.

4 No class activity in the viewing room shall be allowed when the
    professor is absent. For organizational activities, the presence of
    the moderator or an officer in charge is required.

4 The viewing rooms are reserved for presentations, seminars, talks,
    symposia, fora, video viewings and for activities requiring the use of
    multi-media projector.   Any other activity is not allowed in these
    rooms. Presentations requiring the use of transparency projectors
    should be done in a regular classroom.

4 Eating, drinking and smoking are strictly prohibited in all AVC rooms.
    Users should leave the AVC facilities clean and orderly after use. All
    self-locked projection screens should be locked up after use. All
    electrical equipment should be unplugged.

Booths (M206)
