Rules on Fines and Suspensions

1     Equipment and materials, when borrowed, should be returned on or before the specified date and time.  If the borrower failed to return the equipment/material on the said date and time, fines will be imposed.  Below is the list of equipment/materials with their corresponding fines and charges:

Hardware Equipment

Karaoke, CD Player, Tape Recorder

Php5.00 / hour

Php50.00 / day

Megaphone, Microphone, Battery Pack, Extension Cord

Php20.00 / day

Video Camera, Still Camera

Php10.00 / hour

Php50.00 / day

Software Materials

Audio CDs, VHS Tapes, VCDs, DVDs, Cassette Tapes

Php5.00 / hour

Php20.00 / day

CD Rom, Transparency, Slides

Php5.00 / hour

Php50.00 / day

4 No AVC equipment and materials may be brought out of school
     premises.  Any person caught violating this rule may lose his/her
     privileges.
 

4 On rare occasions, when permission is given to certain AVC
     equipment/materials to be used off-campus, he/she should
     accomplish the AVC Agreement Form, indicating the date and time
     of borrow and return of equipment.  The form should be signed by
     the faculty/moderator and approved by the AVC Head.  Failure to
     return the equipment on the set time and date will be subjected to
     charging of fines.
