SOFTWARE SECTION
 

4 The AVC Software has a collection of CD-ROMs, Audio Cassette
    Tapes, Audio CDs, VHS Tapes, VCDs, DVDs, Transparencies, Slides,
    Digital Pictures, Prints and Photographs.  List of software materials
    are provided in the Software Section and are also found in the On-
    Line Access Cataloging System or OPAC.
 

4 Faculty and students can avail of the use of various non-print
     materials in the different departments provided the request for
     such materials is coursed through the Software Section Staff at
     least one (1) day before the intended use.
 

4 Users who wish to reproduce/recopy materials must get permission
    from the AVC Head.  Failure to do so may mean suspension of AVC
    privileges for the semester.
 

4 School staff can only borrow and brought home materials on
     weekends.  Only  two (2) materials may be borrowed per week as
     long as there are no prior reservations for the said materials. 
     Materials borrowed will only be taken out starting at 4:00pm on   
     Friday and at 11:00am on Saturdays and should be returned by
     7:30am on Mondays.  Failure to do so may mean imposition of fines.
