1.      Computer Services are available to the following prioritized clientele:

a.      Students who are officially enrolled in computer class(es)

b.      Students who are officially enrolled but need computer services to meet their academic requirements (e.g. thesis, case studies, statistical programming, etc.)

c.       Other members of the college academe (e.g. faculty members, administrative staff, support staff, etc.)

d.      All other users will be dealt with on a case to case basis.

2.      All possible computer users, except the officially enrolled students in computer class(es), have to make their request for services by filling up SSC-cc-Form 1 or SAO Form 45 in duplicate, at least three days before the actual activity; properly noted by the unit/office head, and signed by the Computer Coordinator and Supervisor.

3.      Computer users are expected to observe proper decorum in the Center.

4.      All users have to observe all guidelines for proper handling of the computer units and resources.

5.      All computer units are to be used only within the Computer Rooms.

6.      Use of game diskettes is prohibited. They will be confiscated by the Computer Center personnel.

7.      Enrolled students are expected to use up all their allotted computer time, as scheduled. Failure to do so will mean cancellation of their computer time; unless they will renew their reservations on a first-come-first-served basis and payment of certain fees for such.

Any violation of the Computer Center guidelines/policies will be subjected to disciplinary action.
