Available Rooms

All units are furnished with refrigerator, dining set, study table, ceiling fan, mini blinds, built-in cabinet and cleaning materials.

Bedrooms are furnished with individual beds with mattresses, built-in cabinets and closets, drawers, mini blinds and cleaning materials. 

Other facilities include telephone/intercom, fire exits, laundry area and cage, common microwave, convenience store, visitors' lounge and transient rooms for visiting parents.

Terms of payment  

1 year minimum contract, 2 months deposit, 1 month advance.  Check room rates and fees.

Requirements

1.      Interview of parents and/or guardian and applicant by the Resident Administrator

2.      Contract properly filled out by the parents and/or guardian of the applicant

3.     Applicant’s class schedule

4.      Two (2) pieces of 2 x 2 pictures
