The School Medical and Dental Clinic promote, develop and maintain the physical and mental health of the school population.  It is staffed by a team of three (3) part-time physicians, a full-time dentist, and three (3) full-time nurses.  The Clinic renders outpatient consultations and treatment of emergency cases.

The clinic is open from 7:00am to 8:30pm, Mondays to Fridays and 7:00am to 4:00pm on Saturdays. The clinic personnel also make their services available for co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.

Requirements for Students

1.      All students are required to undergo Medical/Dental check-up every school year. 

2.      All incoming first year high school and college students must have a chest x-ray before the start of the school year.

3.   College students who have complied with the medical/dental requirements are given clearance through the Student Affairs Office (SAO) before their final examination.

Program of Activities (SY 2008-2009)

 ●  Annual medical and dental check-up of all students

 ●  Annual medical check-up and laboratory examination of Canteen concessionaires

 ●  Lecture on common school emergencies for college students

 ●  Chest x-ray and laboratory examination of BSHRM students

 ●  Chest x-ray of first year high school students

 ●  On-the-spot health inspection and health teachings for Grade 1 pupils

 ●  Proper hygiene and good grooming lecture for Prep pupils

 ●  Vaccination against flu, chicken pox, cervical cancer and hepatitis

 ●  Hepatitis lecture and free hepatitis B screening for college students and employees

 ●  Tooth brushing drill and oral health issues and perspectives on sexuality for High School students

 ●  Cervical Cancer lectures for parents (Grade/High School and College)

 ●  Lecture on diet and fitness and free cholesterol test for employees and Benedictine sisters

 ●  Lecture on food and water-borne diseases

 ●  Bone screening for employees and Benedictine sisters

 ●  Annual physical examination of employees

 ●  Blood letting

 ●  Medical/Dental mission
