1.   Grading Periods - The school year is divided into four (4) grading periods. We have no periodical tests except in Christian Doctrine.

2.   Progress Report and Pink Slips - At the end of each quarter, we issue Progress Reports. If you were not working as you should then you are issued a pink slip along with your report. This pink slip is a Parent- Teacher Conference Slip.

Sometimes pink slips may mean that we want to tell your parents something good about you or we want to help you out of your difficulties. You must promptly give these slips to your parents so that a Parent-Teacher Conference can be scheduled as early as possible.

Your Progress Report is issued every end of the quarter to your parents or guardian. The important things to remember about your Progress Report is that:

      IT SHOULD SHOW PROGRESS.

IT SHOULD SHOW YOUR PROGRESS SO IT CANNOT BE COMPARED TO ANYBODY'S REPORT for the simple reason that there is really no one else in school exactly like you.

It reports your performance and involvement in the BASIC LEARNING SKILLS and participation and interaction in INTEGRATING ACTIVITIES.
