The SSC Campus ID is the official St. Scholastica's College identification
card. All Grade School students are required to wear their school ID visibly
pinned on the strap of their school uniform
or worn with SSC ID lace.

The
school ID is considered part of the daily school
uniform and, therefore, students
are required to wear their identification cards for as long
as they are within school
premises.

The ID is worn with the official school ID
lace and ID protector; and should be kept free
of stickers, non-regulation pins or clips.

If a
student
forgets her ID, she
must secure immediately an admission slip from the
Office of the Student Services in order to be admitted
to her class.

For the lost ID
the student must bring PhP200.00 and pay at the
Business Office for a
new ID.
The official receipt of
payment is submitted to the Coordinator for Student
Services for signing then show the receipt to the
Information Technology Office who
immediately issues the new ID to the student and then
proceed to the Bookstore for the
lace and protector.

Students who are caught using the ID of another
student or their own ID when they
were in a different grade level will be meted the appropriate
sanction.
Guidelines on the Use and Care of SSC ID Card
The SSC ID card is a contactless card that contains an
electronic chip where various data are stored. It can last for at least
four (4) years given the normal wear and tear.
To maintain the ID card, please observe the following:
1. Do not puncture card.
2. Do not bend the card.
3. Do not subject the card to heat, strain and moisture.
4. Do not laminate the card.
5. Use only at designated gates with smart card readers.
