In order to ensure the safety and security of the student the following guidelines for leaving the campus are to be observed:

1.   A student who wishes to leave the campus before dismiss time must obtain permission from the CSA. The student is required to present a letter from her parent(s) or guardian to the CSA, stating the reason(s) why she has to leave before the official dismissal time. The letter should be submitted as early in the day as possible. Upon confirmation of the request, the CSA will issue a permit to leave.  This permit must be surrendered to the security guard at the gate.

2.   No student is allowed to leave the school premises at any time prior to the official dismissal time without the permission of the CSA.

3.   After dismissal, once a student leaves the campus, she will not be granted re-entry unless she presents a slip signed by the CSA to the security guard.

4.   Students with valid reasons to go home for lunch may secure a pass from the office of the CSA upon submission of a written request from the parents or guardians.

5.   Students leaving the campus to go to Subiaco for their swimming class must be accompanied by the subject teacher
