3.   Students who are not in complete uniform should proceed to the Coordinator for Student Formation to submit a letter signed by the parent or guardian explaining why the student is not in complete uniform and to secure the appropriate form for admission to the classroom. The Coordinator for Student Formation reserves the right to impose appropriate sanctions when deemed necessary.

4.    The high school uniform may be worn outside SSC only for official functions and delegations.

The use of this uniform is strictly forbidden during games, at the movies and the like unless
permission is given by the school.

1.  P.E. t-shirt as prescribed by SSC
2.  navy blue jogging pants
3.  a pair of white rubber shoes

The Gala Uniform

1.   The Gala Uniform is worn on official special occasions and liturgical celebrations.  It should
follow the official pattern and its hemline must be no longer/shorter than mid-calf.

2.   It must be worn with white, cream or beige undergarments, skin-toned stockings and bone colored pumps with at least 1" heels.  Flat shoes and opentoed or open-heeled shoes are not allowed.

3.   It must be worn as a costume for any class or school production without special, expressed permission form the Principal.  Neither may it be worn during non-school functions.

Grooming

1.   Students are expected to be neat in appearance at all times.  Students are not allowed to
      wear cosmetics
(i.e. concealer, lip gloss, face powder with color, eyeliner and mascara).  In
the same vein, tattoos are not allowed.
.

2.   Nails should be kept clean and short.  No nail polish allowed.

3.   Hair must be neatly combed.  Hair styles and accessories must be simple. This means no colored streaks, and obviously dyed or tinted hair.  Hair accessories must be appropriate and in navy blue, black or white colors only.

Student Identification

1.     Students are required to wear their Identification Cards (IDs) upon entry to school and for
as long as they are within school premises. Students without IDs will be considered
technically absent, that is they are to incur a grade of zero in all academic work for the day.

2.

IDs should be kept free of stickers, non-regulation pins or clips.

3.  A student who forgets her ID may secure a temporary ID from the Coordinator for Student
Formation (CSF) after submitting a letter written and signed by the parent/guardian. The
temporary ID should be returned to the Office at the end of the day. The temporary ID must
be worn at all times while inside the campus.  No temporary ID may be used beyond ONE (1)
day unless specified in writing by the CSF.

4.  A student whose ID is confiscated must immediately secure a temporary ID from the CSF.
She will be issued a temporary ID due to confiscation which is valid only for ONE DAY.

5.  A confiscated ID card may be returned at the end of the day after being given an oral
warning or written reprimand. A letter signed by the parent/guardian and addressed to the
CSF must be presented if given a written reprimand. The letter must show acknowledgement
that the parent/guardian has been informed of the reasons for the ID confiscation.  Failure
to do so would mean no temporary ID will be issued.  Hence, the student is considered
     technically absent.

6.  Loss of ID should be reported immediately to the CSF. The student should apply for a new ID
card. While the new ID is being processed, the student will be given a temporary ID  which is
valid until the new ID card is issued.

7.  The maximum number of times that a student can apply for a temporary ID is three per
     quarter.

8.  Repeated requests for temporary ID due to negligence is a minor offense while tampering of
the school ID and use of another student’s ID are considered major offenses.
