As part of its student welfare program, the High School Department offers the following services in order to meet the needs and requirements of its students:

Instructional Media Center (IMC - Library and Audio-Visual Center)

The IMC provides the High School Department with academic and technical resources to support its instructional and research programs.  Instructional, informational and

recreational needs are ably met through an extensive print and non-print collection and the latest technological equipment.

Medical and Dental Services

The School Medical and Dental Clinic promote, develop and maintain the physical and mental health of the school population.  It is staffed by a team of three (3) part-time physicians, a full-time dentist, a full-time medical aide and three (3) full-time nurses.  The Clinic renders outpatient consultations and treatment of emergency cases.

The clinic is open from 7:00am to 9:00pm, Mondays to Fridays and 8:00am to 5:00pm on Saturdays. The clinic personnel also make their services available for co-curricular, extra-curricular and out-of-school activities.

Food Services

Food services are provided by the Maryville Canteen. The self-service canteen is open from 7:30am to 5:00pm during class days.

Bookstore Services

School supplies, book requirements and other school needs are made available to the students through the school bookstore. This is located at the Maryville Canteen.

Communications

1.   Pay telephone booths are located at strategic locations in the campus for students' use. In cases of emergency, office telephones are made available to the students.  Important calls from parents are relayed to students through! the Office of Student Affairs.

2.   The Information Office facilitates mail service.
