In line with its objective of developing the total personhood of Scholasticans, the High School Unit provides an extensive student personnel service program for its students. This includes the following:

Student Affairs

The Office of Student Affairs (OSA) coordinates the Student Activity Program, oversees Student Welfare concerns and handles all disciplinary matters.

The Student Activity Program has two main components: Extra-curricular and co-curricular activities. In both categories, the Office of Student Affairs and the Student Council

Organization work hand-in-hand with the different sectors of the department in the initiation and implementation of student activities. Co-curricular activities are initiated and implemented through the academic enrichment program (clubs). Extracurricular activities are initiated and implemented directly by the Student Council Organization (SCO).

The Office of Student Affairs also facilitates matters related to student welfare. This is done in coordination with the other sectors of the school community such as the Maintenance, Physical Plant, School Clinic, Guidance, Safety and Security and Administrative Offices.

The OSA also facilitates all processes related to student discipline.

Guidance

Guidance is an integral part of the educational process. It includes any assistance given to any student according to her needs to facilitate her search for meaning, assimilate values, formulate goals, execute plans and evaluate her efforts towards Christian maturity.

The Guidance offers the following services: Individual Inventory Analysis, Counselling, Testing, Information (includes Parent Enrichment Program) and Research, Follow-up and Evaluation.  It also assists in the formulation and implementation of the Homeroom program.

Campus Ministry Program
