Students have the right

1.  to our good name and reputation and to mutual honor and respect

2.  to a wholesome environment for learning

3.  to seek advice and guidance from any administrator, teacher, or fellow students

4.  to courteous and respectful treatment from teachers, administrators, and fellow students

5.  to share in the decision-making process through the Student Council Organization (SCO)

6.  to form or join officially-recognized school organizations

7.  to be heard

8.  to redress grievances

9.  to vote and be elected

10.  to facilities and services such as the use of the Library, audio­visual equipment,  St. Ehrentrudis Hall, Music Room, St. Cecilia's Hall, etc.

Students have the duty

1.   to attain academic excellence

2.   to abide by the rules and regulations of the school and all student organizations

3.   to take active interest in student affairs through the Student Council Organization

4.   to work toward the fullest development of God-given talents through study and hard discipline

5.   to respect the good name of the school, the faculty, students and other members of the school community

6.   to respect property belonging to the school and fellow students

7.   to maintain cleanliness and a quiet and wholesome atmosphere in school

8.   to confiscate IDs for violations of any rule in the Student's Handbook

9.   to report cases that they deem inconsistent with the values that the school espouses
