SSC's TFSS circulates Emergency Pocket Cards
Safety is Everybody’s Business

As part of its continuing commitment to ensure the safety of the school communities comprising it, the Task Force Safe School (TFSS) released emergency pocket cards to students of its member schools: De La Salle University (DLSU), College of St. Benilde (CSB) and St. Scholastica’s College (SSC). Designed by students from CSB and a project of the Education Committee of the TFSS, the emergency pocket cards contained the hotlines of the Security Offices, Manila Police District and the Philippine National Police. Distribution of the pocket cards shall be followed by the setting up of posters in different establishments around the three schools aimed at increasing students’ awareness of the various help desks and hotlines in keeping with the TFSS’ thrust of “making safety everybody’s business.” |

Chairmanship of the TFSS this year rests on SSC. Next in line are two activities of the TFSS specifically, a networking lunch with establishments (commercial and residential) around the three schools on March 6, 2007 at the AKIC, CSB and the TFSS Community Service Excellence Awarding Ceremony on March 14, 2007 at SSC.
