SSC Pep Squad: Back-to-Back Champions (WNCAA and WCSA)

Once again, the SSC Scions Pep Squad was declared Champions in the recent 5^th Women’s Colleges Sports Association (WCSA) Cheerdancing Competition. The team won over Miriam College who was declared 1^st Runner-up followed by La Consolacion College, Mendiola, the 2^nd Runner-Up. This is a back-to-back championship for the SSC Scions Pep Squad when they also won the WNCAA 37^th Season Cheerleading Competition, a record breaking six-year championship in a row.  

The event was also the Closing and the Turn-Over Ceremonies of the 5^th Season hosted by St. Scholastica’s College, Manila.   Sr. Angelica Leviste, OSB, SSC President, turned-over the WCSA Banner to Assumption College President, Sr. Gertrude Borres, RA.  Assumption College will host the 6^th WCSA next year.  The formal declaration to close the 5^th Season was also signaled by Sr. Angelica Leviste, OSB.
