General Objective

To prepare the country's future accountants with the  knowledge and skills in accountancy as they relate to the requirements of the business community.  It imbibes in the students the value of competence, hard work, integrity and social responsibility in the practice of their profession.

Specific Objectives

1.      To provide the students with the fundamental knowledge of accountancy;

2.      To enable the students to learn state of the art technology applicable to the practice of accountancy;

3.   To prepare future accountants who are deeply conscious of their social commitment to maintain and enhance their level of professional competence for the good of the public they serve; and

4.   To prepare the students to meet the requirements for the licensure examinations for Certified Public Accountants (CPAs).
