General Objective

To provide the atmosphere, processes, opportunities and  resources that will enable the students of arts and sciences to acquire knowledge and develop values, attitudes and skills that will continuously inspire them to learn and be critically involved not only in their field of specialization but also in current issues for the benefit of society.

Specific Objectives

1.      To cultivate in the students the art of effective communication.

2.      To enable the students to apply modern technology with precision and dexterity.

3.      To develop critical discernment for sound and responsible decision-making.

4.      To enhance research capabilities for quality scholarly output/studies.

5.      To develop a sense of involvement in national and international issues.

6.      To develop and nurture Christian values and attitudes in order to gain competence in judging value-laden social and ethical issues and problems.
