REMINDERS:

Student with an outstanding account will not be accepted.
Promissory notes will not be honored.
For those paying in check, enrolment is considered official only after the check has
been cleared by the bank.
Service fee will be charged for a check returned by the bank for any reason
whatsoever.
Payee whose check bounced previously are blacklisted.
After payment change in mode of payment will not be allowed.
For instalment payee, please take note of the due dates and amount of your balances.
For failure to pay on time, a fine of Php30.00 for every month of delay will be
imposed.
Report cards of Grade/High School students and Official/Unofficial Transcript of
Records of College students will not be released to those with back accounts and
outstanding balance.
The fine for late enrolment is Php500.00.
Settlement of overdue accounts before the last day of the school year shall be
in cash basis only.

For College Students only:

Grantees/Scholars are required to pay in full the amount that is due to them.
Full payment is required for 12 units and below.
NSTP will be regarded as a 3 unit subject and charged as a 1.5 unit to the student.
Summer enrollees are required to pay in full regardless of the number of units taken.
