REMINDERS:
-
Only students without back accounts will be allowed to enrol.
-
Promissory notes will not be honored.
-
Payment in check shall be accepted as temporary enrolment. A clearance from the
bank is required to make the enrolment official. When the check is returned by the
bank, the enrolment is automatically cancelled and succeeding payments shall be
accepted only when paid in cash. -
Post-dated and out-of-town checks will not be accepted.
-
A service fee of 3% plus bank charge shall be imposed for check payments returned by
the bank. -
The mode of payment chosen upon enrolment shall be carried over through the
year/semester. Switching to other modes is not allowed. For those who are paying in
installments, please pay your dues on time. -
A fine of Php50.00 for every month of delay will be imposed for failure to pay on time.
Penalty for back accounts is Php600.00 per year. -
Statement of account will be distributed to students through their Class Adviser.

Report card, official and unofficial transcript of record will not be released to students
with back accounts and outstanding balances. -
Fine for late enrolment is Php500.00.

Payment for overdue accounts (plus surcharge) before the end of the semester/school
year shall be in cash basis only. -
Grantees/Scholars are required to pay their counterpart in full upon enrolment.
-
Summer enrollees are required to pay in full upon enrolment.

Penalty for withdrawal of enrolment:
a) Before the start of classes: Php2,000.00
As per Manual of Regulations for Private Schools, Section 66
b) Within the 1st week of classes - 10% of Total School Fees
c) Within the 2nd week of classes - 20% of Total School Fees
d) After the 2nd week of classes - 100% of the Total School Fees
