1.
All
students are required to wear the prescribed College uniform with dignity and propriety.
The College uniform is as follows:
a.
tucked white blouse and
blue A-line cut skirt with length of two (2)
inches below the knee or with blue pants;
plain undergarments
b. plain black closed leather shoes and skin-tone foot socks or stockings
(optional) when wearing the skirt
c. plain
black closed shoes with heels (at least 1 inch high) and plain black
socks or skin-tone foot
socks/stockings when wearing pants
d. ID card pinned on the left
collar of the blouse ID card worn with SSC or
SAO-approved ID lace
e. school badge sewn on the left
collar of the blouse
f. body-hugging/tight/loose-fitting blouse, skirt or pants are
not allowed.
Low-waist/low-cut/low-rise skirt or pants are
not allowed.
g. extremely cropped hair is
not allowed
a. white
polo shirt with the school badge sewn on the left pocket of the
shirt, plain
undergarments, blue slacks, ID pinned on the left pocket or
worn with
SSC or SAO-approved ID lace and black leather shoes and
socks
b. hair styles for males
should be neat and tidy; hair should not touch the
nape nor cover the
face. Effective AY 2009-2010 incoming freshmen
must maintain
short hair. Upper classmen (with student numbers from
08 and up) sporting long hair should keep their hair in a ponytail.
c. Male students are
not allowed to grow/maintain a beard, mustache or
both.
2. The
school uniform is required for entry in the campus. Students are not
allowed
to enter the campus in civilian clothes or incomplete uniform
except on
designated civilian days (in which case IDs must be pinned on
the student's
shirt/blouse or worn with the SSC or SAO-approved blue ID lace) and/or with
permission from the DSA. A student who violates the uniform policy
will be asked to
surrender her/his ID card to those authorized to confiscate
the ID cards. Said ID cards may
only be retrieved from SAO. Furthermore, students are
not allowed to wear incomplete
uniforms
within the school premises.
3. Students
involved in athletics and/or other activities should change into civilian, PE
or
athletics/other wear only prior to their PE class or said activity/ies. The College uniform
should be worn immediately after the said class/activity. Members of
varsity teams who
train after class may come to school in training attire
after 4:30 P.M.
4. Students
doing practicum work in school should obtain permission to wear civilian
attire
from the DSA at least three (3) days beforehand.
5. Students
without scheduled classes who enter the campus wearing civilian clothes to
attend
to some business need to notify SAO beforehand
so that proper procedures may be
followed. Said students should have their
IDs pinned at all times while inside the campus.
It is expected that
students finish the business at hand within the official school hours
unless
permission has been previously granted to extend beyond the official school
hours.
6. Exemptions from the uniform rule will be decided on a case-to-case basis by
the DSA.
7. Belts of
any kind and color and neon items (i.e. headband, hair clips, etc.) are
not
to be
worn
with the uniform. Accessories should be simple and appropriate when
wearing the
school uniform.
8. Dress
code on Saturday and civilian day/s:
a.
The
following are not allowed:
● "short"
shorts and mini-skirts
● tank tops, halter
tops, undershirts, chemise tops and other such tops
● hanging
or "short" baby t-shirt with the torso exposed
● spaghetti
straps, tubes tops, backless and plunging necklines
● low-waist
skirts or pants with the belly-button exposed
b.
Footwear should be closed shoes or sandals with heels
c.
IDs should be worn at all times while in campus
