The Support Staff Manual 2006 is a revision of the 2000 edition for the updating of policies, rules and regulations.  It also incorporates the latest memorandums and orders, as well as the Association of Benedictine Schools (ABS) employment policies. 

The Manual is for the information and guidance of the office staff, professional service and general services personnel.  It is designed to provide the necessary basic information on the relationship of the support staff with the institution.  It contains the history, mission-vision-goals and objectives of the institution, policies on recruitment, classification, promotion, rights, obligations, services, benefits, retirement and severance. 

The Manual is to be used in conjunction with the SSC Code of Conduct, the Administrative Manual, the Manual of Regulation for Private Schools and other relevant laws of the Philippines. 

The Manual will take effect in November 2006.  Any revision or amendment will be made as the need arises.
