The objective of said program is for the participants to get to know themselves better, specifically how their experiences since childhood have affected/are affecting their lives now.  By drawing their insights (see left photo), the participants learned to appreciate strategies to cope with their present concerns.

The Grade School Guidance Counselors, Ms. Dyna del Prado, Ms. Risa Ubas and Ms. Cathy Ines underwent a two (2) week “Creative Arts Therapy Trainors-Training Program” from June 2-13, 2008. The said training program was conducted under the supervision of Ms. Crown Luna, the Grade School Guidance Coordinator. The objective of the training is to equip the counselors with the necessary knowledge and skills in creatively interpreting art works.
