College Registration Schedule for 2nd Semester, SY 2009-2010

October 26-28, 2009 (Monday-Wednesday)
7:00am - 4:00pm (no noon break)

 

Morning: Arts & Sciences/LIALIA/LIACOM/Music
Afternoon: Accountancy/Commerce/COMCOM/HRM

 

 October 26  - 1st and 2nd Year
 October 27  - 3rd - 5th Year
 October 28  - Graduate School
Shiftees/Transferees/Returnees
Financial Grantees/Scholars
Educational Grant
     
Start of 2nd Sem - November 4
Adjustment Period  - November 9 and 10
November 9 - Arts & Sciences/Music/LC
November 10 - Commerce/HRM/Accountancy

Requirements for 2nd Semester Enrollment


1.  Exam Permit Card (EPC)
2.  Complete 1st semester class cards (Please personally claim your class cards from your
     professors on October 20-21.

 

Note: Those who incur an F grade and all those who are On Probation during the 1st semester are required to go to the Registrar's Office with their class cards.

Registration Procedure


Step 1:  Present EPC and complete class cards to claim assessment form at the Pergola.
Step 2:  Pay tuition and other fees at the Business Office.
Step 3:  Secure registration card at the Registrar's Office.
Step 4:  Proceed to the Student Affairs Office (SAO) for ID validation.
