Grade School Family Day with Christ

St. Cecilia's Hall

Schedule of the Day's Activity:
 
   7:30am - 8:00am     Registration.  Main entrance will be at Gate 1.  Parking will be provided
                                 on a first-come-first-served basis.
 
   8:00am - 12:00nn    Session with Sister Ruth Bartonico, OSB with break at 10:00am.  Coffee
                                 and biscuits are available at the free zone area near St. Cecilia's Hall.
                                 Eating shall only be allowed at the free zone.  No bringing of food and
                                 drinks inside the hall.

   9:00am - 2:00pm     Priests will be available for confession.  Places for confession will be
                                 announced within the day.

   12:00nn - 1:00pm    Lunch Break.  Designated eating areas will be at the stone tables near
                                 the canteen, lunch counter near the High School building, 1st and 2nd
                                 floors of St. Josephville Hall, eating area near Barrion Hall, and at the
                                 ground floor of Sr. Lieou Sy building near the canteen.

   1:00pm - 1:30pm     Distributed of cards for Grades 1, 3-6 at the designated areas in the
                                 field   
                      
   1:30pm - 2:00pm     Practice of songs and preparation for the Holy Mass

   2:00pm - 3:30pm     Holy Mass with Fr. Raul delos Santos as Presider

   3:30pm - 5:00pm     Field Demonstration of students at the field.  Parents and Guardians are 
                                 requested to be seated on assigned areas for them at the field.  The
                                 presentation will be shown twice.  Picture taking will only be allowed
                                 during the second round of performance.  
           
Note:  February 13, Saturday, is considered a regular class day for all Grade School pupils.  Monday, February 15, will be a free day in lieu of the Saturday class.
