The Junior
Marketing Association (JMA) held its organization week last
January 26-27, 2006 with the theme, “Entering the Corporate
World.” The JMA org week started with a Thanksgiving Mass held at
the Social Hall. This was followed by the opening of the exhibit
at the Free Zone on last year’s activities that reflected the
JMA’s vision-mission.
On the second day,
a symposium was held at Battig Hall with Mr. JC Javier,
HR Head of United Laboratories, as guest speaker. He gave valuable
tips on job hunting and application in his presentation followed by an
open forum.
The two-day
activity proved to be a success not only in terms of creating
awareness of the school’s marketing program but also in bringing about
unity among the third year marketing students.
