High School Dance Troupe presents
"Sayaw ... Alay"

"Maglangka" - literally means to dance, and dance has been the tool to mold an adolescent Tausug girl into a person of good breeding and an accomplished dancer as well.  Starting young, they are left under the tutelage of a strict but understanding Maglangka teacher who herself learned the rudiments of good breeding from even stricter teachers.

The High School Dance Troupe presented a dance production entitled, "Sayaw ... Alay ... Dance as an Offering to the Creator" held at St. Ehrentrudis Hall on February 3, 2006.

The repertoire included a showcase of various dance styles such as classical and modern ballet, praise dances and Philippine folk dances.

The High School Dance Troupe is dedicated to promoting dance as an art and educational medium.  The group actively participates in departmental and institutional activities as a way of sharing the students' talents with the community.
