The High School Swimmers continued their winning streaks even during the summer break in national and international competitions.

Codette Rosete, the bemedalled 17 year old swimmer from Mindanao, who represented the country in the Yokohama Longcourse International Competition last May 29, brought home two medals.  She bagged Gold at the Fly category and Bronze at the free style.  In both events, she broke her own records established here in the Philippines.

Meanwhile, at the Palarong Pambansa held last May 8-14, more Scholastican swimmers brought honor to the school and the region they are representing (National Capital Region).  Klaudine Decena (Year IV - Stewardship) won one Gold medal and one silver in relays and Haya Hamsain (Year II - Love) got one silver for freestyle at the Manila Youth Games.

The High School coaches Mr. and Mrs. Hamsain were chosen to train and accompany the regions' top swimmers at the Palarong Pambansa which was held in Iloilo City.

The last few years have seen the rise of Scholastican swimmers in major competitions.  The High School team has been dominating the city and the National Capital Region in major swimming leagues. n
